Job summary

VaynerMedia in New York is seeking a candidate for a three-month residency with the potential to go full-time. The role is hybrid, requiring 3-4 days on-site at our NYC HY office and a 40-hour work week from 9am to 6pm ET.

You will coordinate tasks with stakeholders, schedule meetings, assist with small SOWs, and support the team to deliver client-facing projects in a fast-paced creative environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate tasks, priorities, and deliverables with team stakeholders (internal and client) throughout the project lifecycle.
• Schedule necessary project-related meetings such as kickoffs, brainstorms, and reviews.
• Assist in writing small SOWs, as assigned by PM.
• Assist with client needs as they arise.
• Understands the internal goals of the team and the goals of the client.
• Learn the ins and outs of a fast-paced creative agency.
• Partners with applicable account team members to ensure project health, on-time delivery, and brand health.
• Ability to take meeting notes with clarity.
• Understands the internal goals of the team, and the goals of the client.
• Perform successfully under tight timelines.
