• FBI, Criminal Background, and Child Abuse clearances.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and verify academic and behavioral eligibility of middle school student-athletes per district and state standards.
• Coordinate early dismissal times and team transportation with NASD Athletic Department.
• Manage game-day logistics, ensure facilities are prepared, officials and staff are secure, and safety protocols are followed for home contests.
• Actively recruit and encourage student participation across all sports to build inclusive athletic programs.
• Foster relationships between middle school and high school programs for a unified culture and smooth transition for rising athletes.
• Perform additional operational duties as assigned by Building Principal or Athletic Director.

• Manage game-day logistics, ensuring facilities are prepared, officials and event staff are secure, and safety protocols are strictly enforced for all home athletic contests.
• Actively recruit and encourage middle school student participation across all sports to build robust, inclusive athletic programs.
• Partner with the High School Athletic Department to build meaningful relationships between the high school and middle school programs, creating a unified culture and a smooth transition for rising athletes.
• Execute additional operational duties as assigned by the Building Principal or Athletic Director to ensure the smooth functioning of the athletic department.
