Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• 2-3 years of CNC operator experience preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints and engineering drawings.

Responsibilities

• Set up machines and operate multiple machining centers.
• Perform tool selection, fixture loading, and program loading.
• Make adjustments to tooling, offsets, and settings to maintain quality.
• Troubleshoot machining and production issues to minimize downtime.
• Read blueprints and inspect parts with precision measuring instruments.
• Collaborate with Quality and Engineering to meet production goals.
