Job summary

Stanley Black & Decker is hiring for a warehouse associate in Texas. You will pick products from designated locations, ensure quality in repack areas, and place items onto conveyors or pallets for shipment.

You will build pallets, maintain a clean and safe workspace, and support other tasks as needed. A high school diploma or GED is required, with 1–2 years in distributions or warehouse environments preferred.

• Demonstrate careful attention to detail and thoroughness in completing work tasks.

• Perform other assignments as assigned to support overall operations.

• High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
• 1-2 years of experience in distributions or warehouse environments preferred.
• Proficiency with WMS or similar distribution software.
• Physical ability to regularly stand, walk, reach, stoop, kneel, crouch, use hands, and lift/move 10 lbs., regularly and up to 45lbs., occasionally.
• Above average attendance and ability to achieve productivity and quality standards.
• Adaptability to change assignments as directed and resilience to work in environments occasionally exposed to extreme temperatures.
