Job summary

Bozzuto's Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Wrapper/Runner to prepare, secure, and transport products within the distribution center. You will focus on wrapping pallets, moving materials, assisting pickers and packers, and maintaining a clean workspace to support on-time order fulfillment.

The role requires collaboration with warehouse staff, forklift operators, and shipping teams, with a schedule Sunday to Thursday, 4:00pm–12:30am. Prior warehouse experience and English proficiency are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Wrap and secure palletized shipments using shrink wrap and protective materials
• Ensure pallets are stable, labeled and meet shipping standards
• Apply barcodes, shipping labels, and packaging materials
• Transport materials and pallets between warehouse zones
• Assist pickers, packers and forklift operators with deliveries
• Replenish shrink wrap, tape, labels and warehouse supplies
• Move completed orders to staging or loading areas for shipment

Position Overview:

As the Warehouse Wrapper/Runner, you will be responsible for preparing, securing, and transporting products within the distribution center to ensure efficient shipping and storage operations. This role focuses on wrapping pallets, moving materials, assisting pickers and packers, and maintaining a clean and organized warehouse. The Warehouse Wrapper/Runner collaborates with warehouse associates, forklift operators, and shipping teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.

Responsibilities:

• Wrap and secure palletized shipments using shrink wrap, stretch film, and other protective materials.
• Ensure pallets are stable, correctly labeled, and meet shipping standards.
• Assist in applying barcodes, shipping labels, and packaging materials.
• Transport materials, pallets, and supplies between warehouse zones.
• Assist pickers, packers, and forklift operators by delivering necessary products or empty pallets.
• Replenish workstations with shrink wrap, tape, labels, and other warehouse supplies.
• Move completed orders to staging or loading areas for shipment.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring debris is removed and materials are stored properly.
• Dispose of excess shrink wrap, cardboard, and packing materials according to company policies.
• Follow safety guidelines and warehouse procedures to prevent workplace hazards.
• Work closely with warehouse supervisors and shipping teams to ensure on-time order fulfillment.
• Assist in loading and unloading trucks, checking for proper load balance.
• Perform basic quality checks to ensure products are correctly handled and packaged.
• Performing other duties as assigned by leadership

Schedule:

• Sunday - Thursday
• 4:00pm - 12:30am

Compensation:

• $20.11

Experience:

• Preferred: One (1) years of experience in warehouse, distribution or logistics role
• Preferred: Familiarity with pallet wrapping, material handling, and shipping procedures is a plus.
• Preferred: Proficiency in English (written and verbal) to effectively communicate with associates and leadership

Skills:
