Vivid Impact in Louisville, KY is seeking a Wide Format Printing Operator to manage the operation and maintenance of wide format digital printing and cutting machinery, ensuring production of high-quality print jobs to meet specifications and deadlines. The role requires prior commercial printing experience, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Previous commercial printing experience required; wide format printing/cutting experience strongly preferred.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Strong organizational and basic computer skills.
• Proven problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Commitment to quality with a keen eye for detail.
• Self-motivated with the capacity to work independently and multitask effectively.
• Positive and proactive attitude towards both external and internal customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate wide format printers and cutters (Agfa, Zund).
• Set up materials and jobs per specifications.
• Monitor quality and equipment performance.
• Complete production records and job tracking in Pace.
• Perform routine maintenance and maintain a clean workspace.
• Follow all safety procedures and assist with production needs.
