Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED certificate is required or equivalent industrial experience.
• Prior experience in manufacturing or industrial environments preferred.
• Basic mathematical and mechanical aptitude.
• Willingness to learn and follow instructions from team members.

Responsibilities

• Turn and operate welding machines by pressing knobs or entering operating instructions.
• Set up, operate, or tend welding machines that join or bond components to fabricate metal products or assemblies.
• Load or feed work pieces into welding machines to join or bond components.
• Correct problems by adjusting controls or stopping machines and opening holding devices.
