• Define welding equipment and robotic systems for new products.
• Support operations with equipment knowledge and maintenance.
• Develop weld quality control processes and problem-solving.
• Guide and test welding methods and materials.
• Collaborate with QA to maintain weld integrity across production.
• Assist in MRO activities and plant floor start-up of welding equipment.
• Provide training and mentorship to welding engineers and tech staff.
• Lead root-cause analyses and 8D problem-solving events.
• Support new model launches and capability runs.
