Responsibilities

• Set up, tack, and weld components for lift trucks.
• Position, fixture, and clamp parts for proper alignment.
• Ensure welds have proper penetration and bead quality.
• Maintain adherence to quality standards and safety policies.
• Keep tools and workspace clean and organized.
• Follow company policies on safety, housekeeping, and reporting.
• Assist in training and development as needed.
• Work overtime or shift changes as required.
