Daifuku North America is seeking a welder for our 2nd shift on a full-time basis. The role requires identifying exact measurements on a tape measure, reading blueprints, and performing welding tasks to join metal parts with high heat to form durable bonds.

You will operate welding equipment, interpret blueprints, select and set up welding gear, and ensure welds meet specifications while adhering to Daifuku’s QMS policies and driving continuous improvement and quality outcomes.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; Certificate or Associate degree in welding
• Minimum 3-5 years experience in welding
• AWS D1.1 Structural Welding Certification

Mansioni

• Operate welding machine that feeds wire to bond materials
• Plan work by interpreting blueprints
• Determine welding position and type of metal to be fused
• Select and set up welding equipment
• Ensure welds meet standards and specifications
• Comply with Daifuku's QMS policies and procedures
• Contribute to continuous improvement and customer satisfaction
