• Confidently operate paint tools (cup gun, pressure pot, airless sprayer)
• Read blueprints and work orders for precision from prep to finish
• Perform setup and preventative maintenance on paint tools and equipment
• Adhere to safety policies and maintain a clean, secure workspace
