Job summary

6AM City, LLC is seeking a skilled Welder/Assembler for 2nd shift (7:00 PM to 3:45 AM) with mandatory daily overtime and possible Saturdays. The role includes welding and assembling parts per customer specs, ensuring safety, quality, and smooth material flow.

Candidates should have 1–3 years manufacturing experience, basic math and communication skills, and the ability to work fixed or rotating shifts with overtime. Physical requirements include lifting up to 30 lbs and standing for long periods.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in manufacturing.

• Experience with precision measuring equipment.
• Ability to work fixed or rotating shifts with overtime.

Responsibilities

• Follow all standard work procedures.
• Meet production requirements and complete production sheets.
• Stop, call, and wait for abnormal conditions.
• Follow safety procedures and communicate issues with leads.
• Perform required quality checks.
• Maintain 5S in the work area and equipment.
• Utilize TPS techniques to standardize processes and identify waste.
• Work with team members and other departments.
