Pro Mechanical Services is seeking a dependable Welder/Assembler for our Mount Joy fabrication team. You will fabricate, weld, and assemble metal components to drawings and production specs, focusing on MIG welding, precision, and quality.

This 2nd shift position offers $23-$27.60 per hour, with 2 pay raises in the first year, 10-hour days Monday through Thursday, overtime, and weekly pay. A strong attention to detail and ability to read blueprints are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience with MIG welding and mechanical assembly required.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
• Proficient with fabrication tools in a manufacturing setting.
• Lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship.
