Kelly is seeking a Wastewater Operator to support our North Attleboro facility on the 2nd shift. The role involves operating and maintaining the wastewater treatment system to meet environmental permits and production needs.

Ideal candidates will have the MA Grade 2 Industrial Wastewater License, a high school diploma or GED, and 1–2+ years of related experience, including handling hazardous chemicals. The position offers full-time hours with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Massachusetts Grade 2 Industrial Wastewater License is required.
• 1–2+ years in wastewater treatment or related chemical processes preferred.
• Experience handling hazardous chemicals (acids and bases) is expected.
• Strong math, chemistry, and troubleshooting skills; mechanical aptitude with pumps.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and record wastewater flow systems.
• Operate pumps, pH meters, flow meters, and filtration systems.
• Change filters and perform routine maintenance.
• Collect samples for lab testing and maintain inventories.
• Assist with waste solution handling and disposal per SOPs.
• Follow OSHA and environmental regulations; keep work area clean.
