You will work with supervisors to resolve issues, maintain records, and support continuous process improvements. The role requires at least a high school diploma or GED and 2+ years in a warehouse setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Capability in basic math and general computer knowledge.
• Minimum 2 years in a warehouse environment.
• Ability to perform physically demanding duties in varying conditions.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise production line personnel and oversee daily warehouse activities.
• Enforce company policies and safety procedures.
• Coordinate flow of materials and products with supervisors.
• Troubleshoot machinery and report issues to maintenance.
• Provide clear written and verbal instructions to staff.
• Maintain production and time records.
• Assist with kitting, quality, and corrective actions as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
