Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; further education in supply chain preferred.
• 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience with directing and evaluating performance.
• Experience in distribution centers, warehouses, or supply chain environments preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams, make decisions, and drive results.
• Experience with workforce planning, performance management, and employee development.
• Familiarity with warehouse systems such as AS400 and JDA, RF scanners, and voice-picking technology.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong communication, leadership and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage team performance by setting expectations and monitoring results.
• Direct the work of crew members; assign tasks and adjust staffing when needed.
• Own hiring, onboarding, discipline, and termination in partnership with HR.
• Coach and develop crew; conduct performance discussions and provide feedback.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee procedures to maintain SOPs and drive efficiency and consistency.
• Own KPI performance; track, report, and implement corrective actions.
• Lead daily shift meetings and stand-ups to align goals and priorities.
• Promote continuous improvement initiatives, including Lean principles.
• Coordinate with leadership and cross-functional partners on goals.
• Process department payroll including timecards and scheduling compliance.
