Job summary

Hawaii Logistics LLC in Kapolei, HI is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily shift operations across multiple AORs in a fast-paced environment. You will safeguard quality, safety, and sanitation while optimizing people and technology.

Responsibilities include supervising Warehouse Associates, coaching performance, implementing PDPs, and driving KPIs for safety, productivity, retention, and shrink; conducting audits; and leading incident investigations with a No travel requirement.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of related warehouse experience; supervisory experience managing 15+ associates is highly desired; exposure to Warehouse Management Systems; voice recognition, inventory control, labor management is a plus
• Exposure to Warehouse Management Systems; voice recognition, inventory control, labor management are a plus
• Experience with SAP or similar WMS is a plus

Responsibilities

• Effectively and safely supervise the day-to-day shift operations of one or more warehouse areas of responsibility (AOR).
• Manage and supervise the daily activities of Warehouse Associates in the fulfillment of customer orders and general warehouse operations
• Instruct and provide oversight to Warehouse Associates in the proper execution of all established quality, safety and sanitation practices of warehouse operations
• Collaborate with Shift Manager in the development of employee performance development plans (PDPs); coach, mentor and guide Associates in PDPs; utilize progressive coaching and counseling concepts
• Manage to set KPI's: Safety, Retention, Productivity, Budget and Quality (Shrink)
• Use discretion and judgment to conduct a variety of Safety, Quality, Shrink and Operational audits and encourage ownership
• Conduct accident investigation per company guidelines, and document findings
