Core-Mark, a leader in convenience retail distribution, is seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse Supervisor for the 2nd shift at our Plainfield, IN facility. You will oversee daily warehouse operations, manage a team of 15-25 associates, and ensure accurate inventory handling and shipping.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in warehouse operations.
• 1+ years leading a team of 15-20 associates.
• Experience with inventory management systems and WMS.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Knowledge of safety regulations in warehouse operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations for the 2nd shift.
• Supervise 15-25 warehouse associates; hiring, scheduling, training.
• Ensure accurate order pulling and proper loading.
• Maintain FIFO and stock rotation; ensure safety and compliance.
• Coordinate planning with Warehouse Manager; optimize productivity.
• Utilize WMS and related tech; analyze productivity.
