Job summary

Core-Mark is seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse Supervisor for the 2nd shift in Plainfield, IN. The role oversees daily warehouse operations, directs a team of 15-25 associates, and ensures accurate inventory handling. Emphasis on leadership, safety, and process adherence to meet KPI targets.

Base salary ranges $60k-$70k with potential annual bonus based on KPIs. Onsite work at 877 Perry Rd., Plainfield, IN; typical 50-hour week with shift start at 2 PM.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 2 years of warehouse operations experience.
• Must have 1+ years of experience leading and supervising a team of 15-20 associates.
• Onsite location in Plainfield, IN; 2nd shift schedule Sunday-Thursday, start 2PM.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and coordinates receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping of products for the shift.
• Supervises 15-25 warehouse associates including hiring, scheduling, training, coaching, and mentoring staff.
• Ensures timely, accurate order pulling and proper loading on trucks and trailers.
• Ensures FIFO stock rotation and proper inventory control.
• Demonstrates service quality and ensures staff understand roles.
• Coordinates pick planning with Warehouse Manager.
• Utilizes WMS and other tech to maximize productivity.
• Maintains building security and safety programs.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
