Swire Coca-Cola is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse activities in Bellevue, WA. The role includes staffing, supervision, and ensuring inventory control while managing labor and operating expenses.

The position requires 2+ years in warehousing, a HS diploma (Bachelor’s preferred), SAP proficiency, and the ability to lift up to 50 lb. Base pay targets a range of market—with benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma (or GED) required
• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• 2+ years warehouse/inventory experience required and
• 2+ years supervising warehouse/inventory staff required and
• Proficient with Microsoft Windows and Office programs
• Proficient with SAP
• Ability to operate a manual/powered pallet jack required
• Ability lift product (up to 50lb) frequently and repetitively required

Responsibilities

• Supervise the daily activities of the warehouse
• Manage within labor and OPEX budget
• Staff, train, evaluate and develop team members.
• Assist and maintain appropriate inventory levels and product loss control
• Communication with peers, managers, and other departments
• Schedule warehouse team members to meet the demands of the facility
• Allocate necessary space for stock rotation
• Oversee shipping and receiving functions as applicable
• Secure company assets
• Maintain compliance of safety procedures
• Performs other duties as assigned.
