The ideal candidate has 3–6 years in warehouse operations, an AA degree, and forklift certification, with experience in production planning and inventory control.

Qualifications

• AA degree or equivalent and forklift certification.
• 3–6 years of relevant warehouse operations experience.
• Experience with production planning, inventory control, and continuous improvement preferred.
• Knowledge of safety policies and regulatory standards (OSHA, USDA, HAACP).

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations to meet shipping, rotation, sanitation, safety and timeliness goals.
• Monitor loading, dispatch, and receiving times ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Communicate with associates to ensure productivity and safety policies are followed.
• Prepare and review time records, logs, and damage reports.
• Plan manpower and coordinate vehicle and equipment maintenance.
