Job summary

PeopleShare by PROMAN is hiring a 2nd Shift Warehouse Supervisor to lead shipping and receiving in a fast-paced food distribution setting. The role requires bilingual English/Spanish leadership experience and a focus on safety and efficiency.

You will plan, schedule, and coach the team, ensure compliance with quality and safety standards, and use WMS to monitor performance. Weekly pay and monthly bonuses are highlighted in the posting.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1-3 years of food distribution, warehouse, logistics, or related experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Basic math skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Experience working with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Ability to operate forklifts and powered industrial trucks (PIT).
• Ability to become PIT certified.
• Ability to qualify as a PIT Trainer and certify employees.

Responsibilities

• Supervise shipping and receiving operations to ensure product integrity and order accuracy.
• Plan, schedule, and manage workforce activities to meet daily operational goals and KPIs.
• Train, coach, and develop employees while monitoring productivity and performance.
• Verify employee certifications, qualifications, and training compliance.
• Utilize Microsoft Office and WMS systems to generate reports and track operational performance.
• Ensure facility security procedures are followed and visitors are properly monitored.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and food safety standards.
• Monitor product temperatures and refrigeration systems to ensure cold-chain compliance.
• Inspect products for damage and help maintain pest control standards within storage areas.
• Enforce PPE requirements and workplace safety policies.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, food safety regulations, and company policies.
• Assist with maintaining a clean and organized work environment, including cleaning spills and picking up debris as needed.

• 3:30 PM - Until Last Load is Completed
• Start time may vary based on business needs
• Overtime, weekends, and holidays may be required

• Starting at $65,000 annually
