Job summary

Ornua Ingredients North America is hiring a Warehouse Floater (2nd Shift) in Hilbert, Wisconsin to join our Production team. The role focuses on stacking, forklift handling, and safe movement of product to meet customer specifications.

The position runs M-F 1:00pm - 11:00pm in a food manufacturing facility with variable temperatures and PPE requirements. Prior warehouse or forklift experience is preferred, but not required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in warehouse preferred but not required.
• Prior forklift experience preferred.
• Dependable and with stable work history.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic math, language and reading; basic computer skills may be required.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate the Stacking machine within Warehouse.
• Stack product in accordance with customer expectations.
• Use fork lift to return product to racking.
• Move product and materials between locations to support bulk activities.
• Load/unload/transport product efficiently.
• Assist in daily housekeeping and maintenance of department.
• Ensure safety culture and 100% compliance with safety observations.
• Be flexible to work in other warehouse positions as needed.
