Job summary

Steel and Pipe Supply seeks a Warehouse Specialist for the 2nd shift at our Kansas City Service Center in New Century, KS. You will load and unload steel, store it safely, and ensure correct materials are available for customers.

Responsibilities include moving materials up to 51 lbs, following safety policies, and assisting with inventory. Starting pay is $20.00/hr plus $3.50/hr shift differential, with opportunities for overtime and company benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Basic math skills required.
• Basic reading/writing for instructions and tools.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload steel from trucks and store at the service center.
• Ensure materials are accounted for and stored correctly.
• Maintain safety by following policies and safe work practices.
• Assist with inventory and moving materials up to 51 lbs.
• Work on 2nd shift: 4 p.m. – 12:30 a.m., Mon–Fri.
