Job summary

BioFire Diagnostics is seeking a Material Handler on 2nd shift to support receiving, picking, packing, and shipping materials for manufacturing and packaging lines. You will manage STOs, move materials to staging areas, and ensure accurate inventory control while following GMP guidelines.

The role requires basic high school education, familiarity with WMS and RF scanners is preferred, and a safety-first mindset to operate heavy equipment and maintain a clean work area.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and deliver orders for direct materials used in Manufacturing.
• Process Stock Transfer Orders to Distribution Center.
• Move material to storage bins or staging areas following SOPs.
• Maintain quality, accuracy, and GMP compliance in shipping and receiving.
• Inspect received goods and verify against shipments.
• Operate material handling equipment safely.
• Support data entry, cycle counting, and forklift battery maintenance.
• Assess safety and environmental risks per policies.
• Perform duties per quality procedures and standards.
