Job summary

BioFire Diagnostics is hiring for a Material Handler on the 2nd shift to support receiving, picking, packing and shipping of materials used in manufacturing and packaging. You will verify shipments, move materials to staging areas, operate forklifts, and help maintain GMP-compliant warehouse operations.

No prior experience is required, but warehouse and forklift experience is preferred. Familiarity with WMS and RF scanners is a plus, and knowledge of applicable regulations (DOT/IATA/ISO/FDA) is

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented candidate capable of accurate work and quality results.
• Clear and timely information sharing to ensure alignment.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and deliver orders for direct materials used in manufacturing and packaging lines.
• Process Stock Transfer Orders to Distribution Center.
• Move material to storage bins or staging areas following SOPs.
• Maintain GMP-compliant shipping, receiving and warehouse operations.
• Receive goods, verify against shipment records, inspect condition.
• Operate material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
• Support data entry, cycle counting, and forklift battery maintenance.
