HP Hood LLC. is seeking a dedicated Dry Shipper to join our warehouse team in Winchester, VA. You will help process and load orders, perform loading, case picking, and receiving tasks, and support shift-change communications to ensure smooth operations.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma, forklift experience or training, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, safety-conscious environment. This role requires physical endurance and adherence to GMP and SOPs as part of a large food

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Forklift operator experience desirable.
• Prior manufacturing experience desirable.
• Ability to follow SOPs and safety rules.

Responsibilities

• Follow all Safety SOPs and procedures.
• Perform Loading, Case Picking, VNA and Receiving functions per SOPs.
• Provide break to Dock Shipper when needed.
• Operate a stretch wrapper, forklift, dock equipment and battery changer safely.
• Fulfill orders per SOPs and customer/facility guidelines.
• Read/verify load tag quantity for accuracy.
• Secure cases on quality pallets to maintain product integrity.
