Job summary

Danfoss in Loves Park, IL is seeking a 2nd Shift Production Associate/Truck Driver for our Warehouse. In this hands-on role you will unload trucks, receive materials, pick parts, operate forklifts safely after training, and support production and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions in English.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs.
• Foundational experience in warehouse, production, or material handling is a plus.
• CDL License Class C (non commercial driving).

Responsibilities

• Unload trucks, receive materials, pick parts, and deliver components to production areas.
• Operate material handling equipment safely after training and certification.
• Maintain inventory accuracy by scanning materials and reporting shortages.
• Meet quality and productivity goals while maintaining safety and organization.
• Collaborate with team and rotate across workstations to support production needs.
