Job summary

LACOSTA Facility Support Services is hiring for a Warehouse Associate on the 2nd shift in Illinois. You will work on a fast-paced production line to package and stack products for shipment, ensuring safety and efficiency while adhering to PPE guidelines.

We offer weekly pay and a supportive team environment. The role requires physical stamina, reliability, and attention to detail, with a focus on safety and quality in a busy facility.

Qualifications

• Must pass background check and drug screening.
• Able to lift 25-45 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
• Able to stand, walk, bend, and twist for up to 8 hours per day.
• Comfortable performing repetitive physical work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to work safely around moving equipment and conveyor systems.

Responsibilities

• Stack finished product onto pallets safely and efficiently.
• Work on conveyor line and keep up with product flow.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area at all times.
• Follow all safety guidelines and PPE requirements.
• Perform repetitive tasks with consistency and accuracy.
• Assist with other duties as assigned by supervision.
