Job summary

Gordon Food Service in Shepherdsville, KY is hiring for a 2nd Shift Warehouse Package Handler. You will help process orders in our automated distribution environment, with a focus on accuracy and speed.

You’ll be on your feet for long periods, lifting up to 100 pounds, and no prior experience is required as we provide comprehensive training. Compensation starts at $21.13 per hour, including a $1.00 second shift premium, with opportunities to increase pay through performance and raises.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be able to work holidays, weekends, and overtime as needed.
• Ability to work in extreme cold or hot conditions.
• Must be able to read, write and communicate in English.
• Successfully pass a drug test and background check.

Responsibilities

• Assist with order processing and fulfillment in the distribution center.
• Train with the dedicated training team and adhere to safety procedures.
