Job summary

Gordon Food Service is hiring for a 2nd Shift Warehouse Selector in Lithia Springs, GA. You will be on a fast-paced distribution floor, lifting up to 100 pounds and working in a cold environment while training to pick orders accurately.

The role offers a starting pay of $21.90/hour (includes a $1.00 night premium) with potential raises based on production and efficiency, and benefits begin day one.

Qualifications

• Able to lift up to 100 pounds and work in cold environments.

Responsibilities

• Assist in order processing and picking in an automated distribution center.
• Stand for long periods and be on your feet for 10 hours per shift.
• Train with the dedicated team to learn selecting procedures.

2nd Shift Warehouse Selector

Distribution Center Address: 1500 N River Road Lithia Springs, GA 30122

Pay:

Starting at $21.90/hour (includes a $1.00 2nd shift premium)

• Plus, earn two pay raises in your first year
• Earn more per hour for speed and efficiency

Work Schedule

• Sunday - Thursday work week, with Friday and Saturdays off
• 2nd Shift typical 6PM to Finish (10-12+ hour shifts vary based on work volume)

Gordon Food Service takes pride in delivering seamless order processing and delivery to our customers, and our warehouse staff is the backbone of our success. You’ll be on your feet for 10 hours of work, you’ll be lifting up to 100 pounds, and you’ll be asked to work in our freezer, but there’s no experience required - we train you how to get the job done with our dedicated training team. Selecting is hard work, so we’ll pay you a starting wage that scales with production and efficiency- the better you perform, the more you earn. On average, our selectors take home 122% of their base salary!
