Job summary

L’Oréal is hiring a Warehouse Operator for the 2nd shift in Walton, KY. You will handle order processing and forklift operations to ensure accurate order fulfillment and timely shipping.

The role requires lifting up to 50 lbs, SAP experience is a plus, and overtime/weekend work is expected. Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of warehouse experience, strong computer skills, and the ability to work safely in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• General computer knowledge required, SAP experience a plus.
• Must be able to work overtime including weekends.
• Preferred 1-2 years distribution/warehouse experience.
• Must be able to lift, pull and push up to 50 lbs.
• Forklift operation experience preferred.
• Authorization to work in the United States on a full-time, permanent basis is required. No immigration sponsorship offered.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently pick customer orders for shipment, ensure correct items are prepared for shipping and label accordingly.
• Train newly hired employees on tasks within case picking operations.
• Maintain safe environment by following procedures and proper equipment use.
• Check inventory accuracy and participate in physical inventories; ensure proper stock rotation in WMS.
• Maintain a clean, secure, and orderly warehouse environment.
