Job summary

Nestlé Health Science in Prescott, AZ is seeking a Warehouse Operator II to move, organize, and track materials in our busy facility. You will operate forklifts, support shipping and receiving, and help maintain accurate inventory while following GMPs and SOPs.

This role runs on the 2nd shift, Monday to Friday, 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM, with onboarding during the first week. We value reliability, attention to detail, and teamwork as you contribute to safe, efficient product flow.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1+ years of experience in manufacturing or warehouse operations.
• Ability to obtain forklift certification and operate warehouse equipment.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely
• Load and unload trucks, verifying shipments against documentation
• Perform cycle counts and update inventory systems
• Organize and label warehouse storage areas
• Pick, pack, and stage materials for shipment
• Inspect equipment and report maintenance needs
• Collaborate with team members to prioritize tasks and maintain workflow
• Follow safety rules, GMPs, SOPs, and company policies
• Perform other duties as assigned
