Job summary

Ardent Mills in Omaha, NE is seeking a Warehouse Operator for the 2nd shift to join our production team. You will work on-site, safely operating equipment and supporting daily production goals.

This full-time role offers competitive hourly pay of 29.26 USD, an annual bonus plan, comprehensive benefits, PTO and holidays, and on-the-job training to develop skills. Candidates must meet safety and attendance requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to read, write, and perform basic arithmetic.
• Willing to maintain clean, organized work areas.
• Safety-conscious and dependable with good teamwork.
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Operate plant safely and support safety improvements.
• Follow GMP and food safety/HACCP, sanitation policies.
• Able to work overtime as needed.
• Lift 50 lb flour bags routinely.
• Follow written and verbal instructions; maintain records.
• Perform basic equipment maintenance and troubleshoot on production lines.
• Load/unload with forklifts and pallet jacks; manage packing/loading.
• Complete master sanitation duties and daily checks.
• Fill in for other skilled positions as assigned.
• Keep accurate production and food safety records.
