Job summary

Kohler Co. in Kohler, Wisconsin is hiring for a plumbing and pipefitting focused role in our onsite manufacturing environment.

The position offers a stable 1st shift from 6:30 AM to 2:48 PM, with an hourly rate of $28.66, comprehensive day-1 benefits, and opportunities to grow skills in plumbing, piping, and maintenance. You will work from drawings, install and repair fixtures and piping, and participate in safety programs as part of a team committed to quality and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Must be able to work in the US without restriction or sponsorship.
Must be at least 18 years old.
High School diploma/GED required.
Must provide own tools.
Must pass the STM (Standard Model Timing) assessment.
Must hold and maintain a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

Perform Plumbing and Pipefitting tasks including drain blocks, fixture replacement or repair, pipe replacement or repair (water, compressed air, gas, ext.).
Install and maintain plumbing fixtures.
Repair radiators, unit heaters, heat exchangers, and oil coolers.
Install and repair downspouts and drains.
Work from drawings, diagrams, and specifications; cut, thread, form and install piping and fixtures.
Perform welding as required (not for pressure vessel or structural steel).
Use Computerized Maintenance Management software to create work notifications and order parts.
Operate safely in a heavy industrial environment.
