Job summary

United Petfood Producers USA, Inc. is seeking a Material Handler II for the 2nd shift in Decatur, AR. Under the direction of the Warehouse Manager, you will support shipment of customer orders, stage pallets for shipment, and complete required paperwork with accuracy.

The role includes operating a forklift, performing cycle counts, and ensuring GMP compliance. The position offers a Monday–Friday schedule from 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM with a pay rate of $23.00 per hour plus a $1.50 shift differential.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform basic arithmetic counts.
• Demonstrate forklift/stand up reach truck operation skills.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50lbs consistently throughout shift.
• Tolerance for both hot and cold environment.
• Prior warehouse experience desirable.
• Ability to understand and carry out instructions.
• Communicate well verbally and in writing using English.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all outgoing shipments are picked accurately using a packing slip or scan gun.
• Stage orders for shipment and pick loads with attention to accuracy.
• Load orders in a manner suitable for transport and safety.
• Operate forklift/stand up reach truck safely and efficiently.
• Perform cycle counts and participate in inventory processes.
• Report unsafe conditions and assist in maintaining GMP standards.
