Schedule: Monday - Friday, 4pm-12:30am

Summary

Create, coordinate, and complete shipments; coordinate with logistics locations, suppliers, and vendors; process orders; develop operational reports; act as a point of contact for customer service; dispatch requests to transportation providers.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform daily activities for assigned shifts or areas.
• Follow warehouse work instructions for receiving, labeling, storing, shipping, and value-added services according to policies.
• Meet performance, safety, quality, leadership, and customer service objectives.
• Collaborate with supervisors and teams to improve service.
• Unload inbound shipments safely, stage, and load products appropriately.
• Verify freight details, secure trailers, and ensure paperwork is signed.
• Operate forklifts and perform labeling, sorting, packing, and maintaining a clean environment.
• Maintain organized workspaces and perform additional duties as assigned.

Educational Background / Work Experience

• Must have forklift experience.

Skills

• Basic math skills for inventory and order verification.
• Ability to work independently, detail-oriented, organized, with good communication skills.
• High customer service orientation.

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in customer service and logistics.
• Dangerous Goods Qualification.
• Forklift operation certification.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems.
• English proficiency; computer literacy in MS Office.

Physical and Working Conditions

• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds, stand for long periods, and operate handling equipment.
• Work environment includes typical warehouse conditions with temperature variations.

Employment Details and Compensation

This is an at-will employment position. The hourly pay ranges from $17.00 to $22.75, depending on various factors.
