The role requires 2 years of supervisory experience, proficiency with MS Office and scanners, and a Bachelor's degree in Logistics or a related field; AS9100/ISO experience is a plus.

Qualificações

• 2 years of relevant work experience
• 2 years of supervisory or managerial experience
• Experience with MS Office and scanner equipment
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics or related field
• Experience in AS9100 or ISO environment
• Warehousing or 3PL experience

Responsabilidades

• Ensure efficient daily operations of the warehouse
• Supervise the team and provide training and coaching to improve performance
• Monitor work quality to consistently deliver exceptional customer service
• Demonstrate an understanding of the company quality policy
• Adhere to the GXO 7S program
• Communicate well with leadership, team members and other departments
