Job summary

Required: 2 years of relevant experience, proficiency with Microsoft Office and scanner equipment, and a Bachelor's in Logistics or related field; bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred; not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Ensure efficient daily warehouse operations.
• Prepare schedules for the team.
• Supervise the team and provide training and coaching to improve performance.
• Monitor work quality to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Adhere to the GXO 7S program and quality policy.
• Communicate with leadership and other departments for alignment.
• Implement continuous improvement action plans.
• Maintain a clean warehouse environment.
