Job summary

NFI is seeking a Warehouse Operations Supervisor for our Terrell, TX facility. The role oversees day-to-day warehouse activities on the 2nd shift, aligns staffing with workload, and ensures timely shipping and receiving.

You will supervise staff, monitor productivity, and drive safety and efficiency initiatives. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s in a related field or 1–5 years of supervisory experience, experience with warehouse management systems (Manhattan preferred), and strong

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 1–5 years of supervisory experience in a warehouse.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (Manhattan preferred).
• Ability to work in fast-paced, changing environments.
• Familiarity with OSHA, DOT, HAZMAT, FDA regulations a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements shipping and receiving schedules to meet goals.
• Supervises warehouse personnel and aligns staffing with workload.
• Oversees inbound/outbound shipments and equipment use.
• Coordinates maintenance of equipment with management.
• Drafts daily end-of-shift reports and analyzes productivity.
• Provides coaching, feedback and performance reviews.
