Job summary

Hubbell Incorporated in Hamilton, OH is seeking a Warehouse Materials Handler for 2nd shift to support material flow in a manufacturing setting. You will receive, inspect, move, and stage materials, while maintaining inventory accuracy and safety.

The role requires 1–3 years of experience, SAP knowledge, forklift operation ability, and strong attention to detail. Expect up to 10-hour shifts with potential weekend work, and a driver’s license may be needed for some routines.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of material handling or warehouse experience in a manufacturing environment.
• SAP knowledge or exposure to ERP systems.
• Ability to operate forklifts and other material handling equipment (certification preferred).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of safety procedures for handling hazardous materials.

Responsibilities

• Follow all safety guidelines and protocols.
• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials against purchase orders.
• Move materials to storage or production areas using forklifts or pallet jacks.
• Prepare and stage materials for production per work orders.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and perform cycle counts.
• Assist with loading/unloading trucks and outbound shipments.
• Report discrepancies, damages, or shortages promptly.
• Keep work areas clean and organized to support safety.
• Lifting up to 50 lbs consistently; possible long shifts and weekend work.
