Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. in Omaha, NE is hiring a Material Handler for 2nd shift (Mon-Fri, 2:00pm–10:30pm). You will move material and inventory, using hand trucks, conveyors and scanners to keep operations flowing efficiently.

Responsibilities include packing, counting, labeling and verifying orders while following the 7S program. Applicants should be 18+, able to do basic math, and read safety rules.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations, with or without a calculator.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Move material and inventory throughout the facility to support operations.
• Use hand trucks, conveyors, or other material handling equipment.
• Pack, scan, kit or count products and verify orders.
• Label products and use a handheld scanner to track items.
• Adhere to the 7S program and maintain a clean, safe work environment.
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet objectives.
