Job summary

BMW Group in Minooka, IL is seeking a Warehouse Associate for a full-time, second-shift role (11:30am–8:00pm). You will perform daily operations, including picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and inventory control, while upholding quality and safety standards.

The position requires a High School diploma or GED, the ability to obtain Dangerous Goods certifications, and familiarity with SAP and BMW WM. Benefits include medical/dental/vision and PTO; relocation assistance is not offered.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Ability to obtain all Dangerous Goods Certifications.
• Familiar with Warehouse Management System functionality - SAP, BMW WM.

Responsibilities

• Performs daily operational tasks assigned by RDC management staff, meeting or exceeding department requirements.
• Completes warehouse activities including picking, packing, shipping, receiving, returns and inventory control with Quality, Productivity, and Customer Service in mind.
• Acts in accordance with BMW core values and policies at all times.
• Uses powered industrial equipment and handles Dangerous Goods shipments, obtaining required certifications and following laws.
• Meets and maintains required performance levels within the assigned area.
• Follows BMW VPS and keeps supplies on equipment and work area, maintaining a safe, clean environment.
