Job summary

BMW Group in the United States is seeking a Warehouse Associate for Jacksonville on a full-time basis. The role operates on the 2nd shift (1:30pm-10:00pm) and offers a $21.00 hourly pay, with a 3% shift premium. You will perform daily warehouse tasks, manage picking/packing/shipping, and ensure safety and efficiency.

You will work with SAP and BMW WM, hold a High School diploma, and pursue required Dangerous Goods Certifications, with English fluency and extra language skills as a plus.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Ability to obtain all Dangerous Goods Certifications.
• Familiar with Warehouse Management System functionality - SAP, BMW WM.
• Language: Fluent English; Spanish or German a plus, not required.

Responsibilities

• Performs daily operational tasks assigned by RDC management staff.
• Completes assigned warehouse activities including picking, packing, shipping, receiving, returns and inventory control.
• Acts in accordance with BMW core values and guiding principles, maintaining compliance with policies and work rules.
• Uses powered industrial equipment and processes shipments of federally regulated Dangerous Goods, obtaining the required certifications and adhering to laws.
• Responsible for meeting and maintaining performance levels within the assigned area.
• Maintains a safe and clean environment, complying with the BMW VPS.
