Job summary

Cabot Creamery in Montpelier, VT is hiring a Warehouse Loader for the 2nd shift. This full-time role runs typically 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM, five days per week with weekend availability, and pays $20.98–$26.72/hour plus a 7% shift differential.

You will load/unload shipments, operate forklift and electric pallet jack, keep inventory accurate, and assist with shipping and receiving. Training is provided for forklift certification if needed.

Qualifications

Experience in warehouse operations, shipping and receiving, or distribution.
Forklift or electric pallet jack experience is a plus.
Ability to lift 50 pounds repeatedly.
Strong attention to detail and basic math skills.
Reliable and safety-conscious workers.

Responsibilities

Load and unload products and shipments
Operate forklift and electric pallet jack safely
Maintain accurate product and inventory records
Move, organize, and stage products within the warehouse
Assist with shipping, receiving, and other warehouse tasks
Follow GMPs, food safety, and quality requirements
Report food safety or quality concerns promptly
