Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Build pallets of product accurately by locating correct location and quantity on build sheets.
• Operate mechanical equipment to load pallets onto trucks and ensure correct truck assignment.
• Follow safety policies, wear PPE, and adhere to OSHA and company standards.
• Stack products and pallets to established standards for stability and safety.
• Communicate status and issues with team and supervisors; coordinate with Load Auditors and Warehouse team.
• Train new employees on loader duties and safe work practices.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organize storage racks; report stock outages to restockers.
