Job summary

You will coordinate staff, plan inbound/outbound schedules, and ensure accurate inventory control while maintaining safety standards. Responsibilities include assigning tasks, monitoring productivity, managing payroll for the department, and communicating procedures to team members.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, or 1–3 months of related experience.
• Experience supervising 20+ employees.
• Ability to plan work schedules and manage staff allocations.
• Knowledge of safety procedures in warehouse operations.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise order processing and warehouse activities.
• Review inbound/outbound schedules to meet metrics.
• Determine staffing needs and assign duties accordingly.
• Communicate procedures to workers and ensure understanding.
• Track productivity and inventory accuracy with ERP/stock records.
• Manage department payroll and labor costs.
• Advise on handling, storage, and shipping of items.
• Resolve discrepancies between inventory and records.
• Maintain orderly work procedures and expediting workflow.
• Ensure safety and maintain harmonious team environment.
