Job summary

KIK Consumer Products seeks a Warehouse Lead for 2nd shift (8:00pm-4:30am, Mon-Thu with weekends as needed) to guide daily warehouse activities and ensure safe, efficient operations. You will coach staff, manage material flow, and drive inventory accuracy with cross‑functional teams.

You will work closely with Production and Warehouse Supervisors to maintain on‑time shipments, apply FIFO, perform cycle counts, and support continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years in warehouse, distribution, logistics, or material handling in manufacturing.
• Experience as a team lead, trainer, or lead hand preferred.
• Experience with shipping, receiving, inventory control, cycle counting, and material movement.
• Forklift operation experience; certification preferred or able to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate daily warehouse activities including receiving, put-away, staging, picking, loading, shipping, and material movement.
• Assign work and establish shift priorities based on production schedules and shipping requirements.
• Provide day-to-day direction, coaching, and on-the-job training to warehouse team members.
• Resolve operational issues and escalate safety, quality, or staffing concerns as needed.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments and optimize material flow to support production.
