Job summary

Monster Energy LATAM is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations, movement of materials, and stock integrity. You will lead a team, schedule work, and ensure compliance with safety standards in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in business or a related field, 3–5 years of supervision experience, and proficiency with Microsoft Office; SAP experience is preferred and OSHA forklift certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Between 3-5 years of experience in Warehouse supervisor role.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; SAP experience preferred.
• OSHA Forklift Certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of warehouse staff and material handling.
• Verify incoming/outgoing shipments and manage stock records for accuracy.
• Develop work schedules and assign tasks; train and guide staff as needed.
• Review processes to improve production efficiency, safety, and equipment use.
• Maintain accurate records and prepare required paperwork for management.
