Job summary

WebstaurantStore in Hagerstown, MD is seeking a Custodian for our brand-new distribution center. This role reports to Facilities and works with Operations to respond to cleaning needs, spills, and maintenance of break rooms and restrooms.

Our 1.2M sq ft automated facility offers a dynamic environment where uptime and cleanliness are critical to daily operations. Starting wage is $20.00 per hour, with typical 2nd shift pay up to $26 per hour.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent experience.
• Prior experience in a distribution or warehouse cleaning role preferred.
• Willingness to stand for long periods and lift up to 75 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Sweep, mop, and vacuum warehouse floors to maintain cleanliness.
• Clean restrooms, break rooms, and office areas regularly.
• Wipe down surfaces and equipment to reduce dust.
• Manage trash, recycling, and waste disposal per local protocols.
• Monitor supplies and report safety hazards.
